We strive for excellence and complete customer satisfaction. Our reputation is on your shoulders if your expectations have not been met please let us know. We value all feedback, it continuous to help us grow and learn. We have an open chair policy and want every client to feel comfortable seeing every server in the salon. Sometimes you need a change, your server is not available, or you are just trying to adjust your budget. Whatever the reason you can be assured that we all work together, and our main goal is your happiness.


In the event you are not satisfied with a service, we guarantee our services within 48 hours of a haircut, one week of a coloring. Our services cannot be guaranteed if altered by you or another facility. Please note that our chemical services cannot be guaranteed unless you are using professional products recommended by your stylist.


Schedules and Cancellations


Your appointments are very important to us here at En Vogue Salon & Day Spa, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours ‘notice for all cancellations.

Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.

We have designed our scheduling system to ensure enough time has been set aside for you and your service (s). Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Please understand that in consideration for all our guests your appointment may need to be altered, and/or rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

Cancellation policy  

All no shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of service (s). All cancellations under 24 hours will be subject to 50% Charge of service (s)  Appointments made on the same day and cancelled are subject to 50% cancellation fee.


Confirmation Emails

As a courtesy all appointments will be confirmed by email. We will send out an email to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file. Appointment changes and/or cancellations will not be accepted via email. Appointment changes can be made by calling the salon (978) 777-4947 or by visiting our online booking system.

It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any cancellation fees.

Service Area & Children

For the safety and consideration of our guests and employee's only those receiving service will be permitted in the service area. Our waiting area is closed and only children who can come in alone for their appointment can be serviced at this time.


Returns & Refunds

Any retail product deemed to be defective will be replaced for 1 week from date of purchase. If a replacement cannot be obtained an exchange of equal value will be given. The returning of skin care and/or make -up products is not permitted.



With consideration to all of our guests and employees we ask that you place your wireless phones and pagers on silent or vibrate mode while visiting with us. Please refrain from phone conversations within the salon as not to disturb other guests and their relaxation time.


Credit Cards

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or debit cards. Gratuities cannot be added to credit cards or debit cards. Cash, personal check (made out to your service provider)or Venmo is accepted for gratuities.
